Let the summer begin!
This was a busy Memorial Day Weekend.... we celebrated my niece, Chloe's 8th birthday along with her first communion. She and Teagan have a blast playing together and she was nice enough to share her baby doll with Teagan, ALL DAY..... We also went to Purgatory which now has an awesome playground and lots of rocks that Teagan, Brian and Dylan had an awesome time climbing and hiking. We gave them a lesson on following trail markers and then a lesson on how to follow a trail without markers, oh well :) We then followed that up with a cookout at our house while the daddies built Teagan's new swing set.
The fun continued today with a 5K walk this morning followed by Teagan enjoying some of the rides after the walk, she just kept asking for "more tickets mommy, more tickets", it is amazing how quickly they learn how things operate. She enjoyed some bouncing on the bouncer things (sorry, I don't know the technical name) and her first ride(s) on some ponies. It was an awesome weekend and despite us suffering from colds, we had a great time!
